Bond Cleaner Sydney provides premium end-of-lease cleaning, carpet steam extraction, and deep residential sanitization. All cleaning procedures adhere to local estate management checklists, ensuring that standard property inspection points are completed thoroughly to facilitate a smooth bond refund process.
Full payment must be settled on or prior to the day of the cleaning appointment. Payments are accepted securely online, via bank transfer, or major credit cards. Failure to provide cleared payment may result in service postponement or cancellation of the guarantee.
If your managing agent reports cleaning issues on our completed checklist within 7 days of service delivery, we will return to re-clean those specific areas at no additional fee. Formal written agent reports must be submitted within this period to activate the claim.
Scheduling cleaning logistics requires strict adherence to timelines. To keep our operation fair to all waiting customers, the following conditions govern cancellation activities:
The client must ensure our operators receive entry permissions on-site at the exact confirmed hours. Access routes may include a direct host presence, lockbox installations, or key collection. If we cannot safely enter inside 30 minutes of arrival, a standard lockout incident fee is billed.
The property must be vacant of heavy personal items, trash, and structural blockages before the service start time. Active electrical connection points and running warm water utilities are mandatory requirements. If these key utilities are absent, our specialists cannot complete standard cleaning tasks safely.
This agreement and any arising claim or legal dispute are governed entirely in accordance with the statutory laws of New South Wales (NSW), Australia. All involved parties formalize their commitment to submit directly to the jurisdiction of courts in Sydney.
We reserve the right to adapt, rewrite, or update portions of these Terms of Service at any time. Modified terms take effect immediately upon their publication on this online platform. Continued engagement with our cleaning crews confirms your acceptance of revised terms.
